The dedicated three year transformation improvement programme will see the entire AML team commit to an intense and comprehensive scheme of training, mentoring, coaching and development, specifically tailored to AML as a business. All aspects of the business will be diagnosed from production and processes to efficiency, culture, strategy, leadership, sales and resources. As part of the programme, members of the AML team have already completed courses in effective communication, leadership and strategy, and team leader principles, the benefits of which are already visible in the business.
